 "Wildlife Pond"

This is Wildlife Pond in Beaver Brook Park in Hollis, NH. This was an earlier piece that ended up in the front window of an art gallery through our painting group I belonged to. It sold a few weeks later. I added the mountains for interest in the background. A nice, peaceful scene.

 "Front Yard, Summer Bloom"

A nice little house on a small street in the country a bit in Dunstable, NH. I was proud of this one as my skills were getting better. I love all the colors and broken strokes. I rendered the house with more detail as that is the focal point. I sold this at an art show. Thanks for visiting!

SOLD

 "Hollis Farm"

This is a scene along the side of the road in Hollis, NH. A beautiful, small town. I painted this from a photo and I was just learning so I merely copied the photo to the best of my ability. I ended up selling it at a Greely Park Art Show one year. Thanks for visiting!

"Foot Bridge"

This is in the Beaver Brook Park area in Hollis NH. I have hiked here many times and always found this bridge to be quite interesting. I usually took a small snack break here while hiking. It actually divides a pond to the left and to the right. I love this time of year just before the snow comes but there is still some color on a sunny day. Lots of effort put into painting that bridge. Thanks for visiting!

"November Road"

I love this time of year. It was bright and sunny and warm for November. This is along the Nashua river where a lot of birds come to enjoy this sanctuary. There is a pond to the left with plenty of reeds and hiding places for the birds to raise their young. My goal was to keep it colorful with plenty of loose brushstrokes but when viewed from a distance it all comes together. Thanks for visiting!

"Fallen Tree"

This is a nice fishing spot in the Mine Falls Park area in Nashua, NH. The fallen tree and the birches are long gone now but people still come here to go fishing. I used to sit here in the sun and read or sketch - then I got the idea to do a painting. I love the colors and the way the path leads you into the painting. Thanks for visiting!

"Canada Winter"

A winter scene in Canada. This is near a camp and was taken near dusk. I used artistic license to improve the colors in the sky and really make the birch trees stand out. Thanks for visiting!
